The Face runs continually unlike say an SU which has a pressure switch.
I suggest you fit a pressure regulator and adjust it to suit your engine’s fuel system.

Fabulous Ben, The smile says it all.
Now don’t forget you got the veg to peel before you can carry on with your toys.
And David Moseley Geoff
Brilliant, yes pics please from anyone.
Did Castle Combe have a photographer at this event?
Tim,
If the tank appears in otherwise sound condition I suggest you take it out, flush it and clean with Frosts tank flush then coat it internally with their tank sealing liquid. It should prevent further corrosion and obviate the need to put your magnet in. I would also suggest a good fuel filter near the tank outlet and at the carb end. Cheaper than a new tank.

I’m very much looking forward to receiving and reading my signed copy from Alan.
I’ve actually heard very good reports form Members already.

Thanks Tim, I’m pleased you enjoyed it and I echo your comments to Chris, Mel
I don’t know what happened there with those strange typos ??
Great viewing, just sorry the K wasn’t well enough to join in, even in the wet.

Well done Dave, Chris and Mark, not bad times considering the weather.
These links to live streaming action at Prescott are brilliant Ron, many thanks.
I had hoped to be there tomorrow but with the K having overheated, lost oil pressure and popped its clog, well core plug actually, it’s now being dismantled in my workshop to see what the cause was.
Looking forward to seeing Chris and Dave on the hill tomorrow if you would put the live link up again and we can watch it in the dry with a drink whilst they battle the hill in the rain !
Looks as if we’ll have Dave, James, Chris and me at Prescott on Sunday the 4th. Chris also attending on Saturday the 3rd.
I’ve had a few tuning problems with the Cad in the K1 but having just had the ignition tested on a diagnostic machine where it was considered ok the recommendation was it might be carburation and to fit a new 600cfm Holly in place of the old one.
I ordered it yesterday from Real Steel who had one on the shelf and it arrived this morning £450 inc p&p – that’s service!
Now I just need to fit it and get the car back to the rolling road for fine tuning before driving down to Prescott. At least that’s all I hope I need to do and that it happens as easy as I hope – no chance there then !!
Unlikely but I would love to put my lessons to the test.
Let me know which days you and James are going a d II’ll see what I can do.
Ron, could you put a link to Oliver’s YouTube clip on this please?
