Russell,  the door hinges are usually (!)  attached to the B post  by countersunk set screws with nuts to the rear. You may have to remove a trim panels by the rear seat to get access to the rear of the B post. You do not however have to remove the doors to inspect their interiors You should be able to get access to the internals of the door by removing the door cards which are secured to the doors by dome headed slotted screws in cup washers. To remove the window winder handles and the internal door handle press the sprung bezels between the handles and the door cards bezels  towards the cards and tap out the pins which will be revealed.
